Practices

Because of food systems capillarity and diffusion in every territory and sector, the actions that a strategic plan can foresee to improve them are many and concern different fields of intervention. Moreover, if we consider the projects, the activities and the initiatives that spontaneously emerge from civil society, the sample of practices to analyse is varied.

For this reason, in this section of the observatory, a classification of the initiatives is proposed, distinguishing by: reference scale, created impact, project typology, intervention field, promoters and beneficiaries.

In the following map, the collected practices are represented. Choosing one or more research filters, it is possible to proceed with a personalised and selective research of food practices.
