Description

"The Agreement aims to individuate and promote concrete action for environmental sustainability in the food outlets. This is the occasion to improve the local service and promote tourism. All the activities that are based on food services: restaurants, pizzerias, agritourisms, hotels, and other structures. From 2015 even catering services can apply to the project. The project is focused on the following areas: - food and beverages > priority is given to organic, local and fair products - waste > reduction of all waste is the priority - energy and water > priority to the lowering of resources consumption - non-food items > priority to certified green products - information, communication, environmental education > to involve users"

Promoters

The agreement is signed between Provincia di Trento, Comune di Trento and the Professional Associations. The parties commit, according to their competences, to promote and diffuse the participation of the local activities to the project.
