"The plan proposes the concrete actions against food waste creation. The objective is to reduce Paris food waste production to the half within 2025. The plan comprehends both actions that reduces food waste at the source and actions that aim to distribute the food in excess before it becomes waste. Finally, sensitization is considered as a main focus. Three are the axes of intervention: 1. reduce public canteens waste production 2. involve markets and traders 3. sensitize citizens A total of 13 actions is developed."
